Availability

Monday – Thursday: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm (approximately)

From February 2026, available appointment times will shift to 3:00 pm until late (AEST/AEDT), supporting continuity of care and greater flexibility for clients.

Please email or WhatsApp first to arrange a convenient time to talk, as I will likely be in sessions.

Session Duration

Standard sessions include 50 minutes of counselling, with the remaining time allocated to clinical notes and administration.
Longer sessions can be arranged in advance if required.
A double session is required for the first round of EMDR reprocessing, to allow adequate time, safety, and support.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice is required for any appointment changes. Notice must be provided directly to my mobile or email.
Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice will be charged the full session fee.

Payments

Session payments are requested two days in advance to reserve your appointment time.
For EMDR therapy, payment for the first double reprocessing session is also requested two days in advance.
