I am a trauma-informed counsellor and EMDR Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing), bringing a compassionate, collaborative and professional approach to therapy. I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW), and sessions may be accessed with a Medicare rebated Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.

I am also an Approved Counsellor with NSW Victim Services and can support eligible clients under other Victims of Crime counselling schemes across Australia. I am also a Work Development Order (WDO) Sponsor as approved by Revenue NSW.

I am approved by the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) as an SIRA Allied Health Practitioner – Counsellor, which enables me to provide counselling to workers in the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme. 

For people supported under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), counselling may be available if Improved Daily Living is included in your plan, supporting access to allied health services and flexible therapeutic support.

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW), I am a recognised provider with the following private health funds: Bupa, HCF, Teachers Health (including UniHealth and Nurses & Midwives Health), Doctors Health Fund, St Lukes Health.

All sessions are offered via telehealth (video or telephone) and are arranged in advance, providing accessible and consistent care across Australia and internationally where appropriate.
